Google just banned one of our Adwords Accounts, because the landing page was a very low quality. Unfortunately, we cannot get back the money from the balance, which is very annoying.
Learning #1: always train the client and if possible force him to be as web-civilized as possible
Learning #2: always keep your eggs in several baskets.
